More About the NRS MaverIK II
The NRS MaverIK II is the two person version of the MaverIK. It is almost three feet longer and weighs an extra fourteen pounds. It is a great option for a larger person who wants to paddle solo or for paddling with a friend or partner. The MaverIK is an extremely stable and sturdy kayak that is best suited for everyday recreational flatwater use. It can be taken in calm rivers, lakes and even the ocean. It is fairly basic in the fact that there is no rudder, no thigh straps and no cargo straps. This is unfortunate and in my opinion if you are going to be spending the money on an inflatable kayak I would personally like there to be at least cargo straps to hold down gear – but for flatwater I suppose it’s not absolutely necessary.

Final Thoughts On the NRS MaverIK II
This is a great tandem flatwater kayak that offers good performance and great stability for recreational kayakers of all skill levels and ages. With a 10 year warranty, you really can’t go wrong here.
