NRS Inflatable Kayak Reviews

NRS Bandit I
The Bandit is an environmentally friendly, extremely light-weight river kayak. This kayak really performs best in rivers and if used on flat water will likely get pulled by winds as it weighs only 21 pounds. It is not a super high performance boat but it does hold its own for some nice river runs. It is best suited for a smaller person. Read full review.
NRS Bandit II
Environmentally friendly whitewater kayak that can handle up to class IV rapids. Extremely light, great for traveling, performance not too bad. The Bandit II is great for two people or works well for one larger person. A little tippy, so not so good on flat water. Read full review.
NRS MaverIK
The MaverIK was designed so that paddlers of all levels could get out and enjoy the rush of river paddling (best for class I or II) and the peacefulness of lake paddling. It performs great on flat water and will handle well in some rougher conditions. It is extremely stable and tracks quite well considering there is no skeg. This kayak works best for a smaller person and is not suitable for whitewater tricks like rolling. Has a great 10 year warranty. Read full review.
NRS MaverIK II
This inflatable kayak is best on flat water though it is advertised as great on whitewater. It can handle both but is really not geared for large rapids. It does come with a ten year warranty and is extremely stable and sturdy. However performance wise it is really lacking. Read full review.

NRS MaverIK Performance
With a 10-year warranty, weighing only 31 pounds, thigh straps and foot braces, the MaverIK Performance is a viable contender for a great whitewater play inflatable kayak. This is not one of the most popular inflatable kayaks out there but it is rugged and sturdy and will likely last forĀ a very very long time. Read full review.
NRS Rascal
The Rascal is a small inflatable kayak that weighs only 17 lbs. It is absolutely perfect for kids who want to learn how to whitewater kayak as well as for those who want to backpack with their kayak. As this inflatable kayak is truly quite small it would not work for a larger person or for those who plan to have a heavy load. Read full review.
NRS Riken Seminole
The Riken Seminole is a solo whitewater inflatable kayak that is built to be
beyond tough. The material of this kayak is so sturdy and rugged that it can take a huge beating with little to no effect. Consequently this inflatable boat comes with a great ten year warranty. Read full review.
